Before my nursing career I worked as a paralegal, but never found the passion I needed to continue that career long-term. I also have experience in business operations, as my father owned a company that I worked for in my earlier years.

I am a RN pursuing the healthcare industry to make a difference for other healthcare providers! I have been a nurse for the past six years, but a caretaker my entire life! Helping others is something that has always been a passion of mine! I graduated from Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing with a BSN in 2012. Since then I have explored several different areas of the vast nursing industry! I started as a Med/surg telemetry nurse on a very high-paced, high-acuity floor in the hospital. I then moved on to travel nursing (contract and per diem) in several different specialties, as well as worked in LTAC, ALF, and SNF. Life then directed me into the very special area of Hospice where I have worked case-management, admissions, on-call, and as a team manager.

All these positions have taught me valuable information and many lessons in life. The most important lesson I have learned about myself is that my true passion is patient care and improving the lives of others! I have a strong desire to build a business that will meet and exceed those passions. I not only want to provide the best possible healthcare to facilities in need, but to create a company that has a true desire to make their employees feel valued and build them up! All too often I have found myself in positions where I have felt undervalued, like my opinion didn’t matter, like I was just another number in the employee pool!
